ForgeFit wasn't born in a boardroom or a supplement lab. It was built on 12-hour shifts, garage workouts, and years of figuring out what actually works when life doesn't hand you a perfect schedule.

I went from being the weakest person I knew to squatting 315, deadlifting 385, and building a body that performs — not just looks good. And I did it while working rotating shifts as an electrician.

Every program I tried assumed I had Monday through Friday free. None of them understood what it's like to switch between intense work weeks and recovery weeks. So I built my own system. That system became ForgeFit.
